- What is the source of my data - where is it obtained from?
We obtain personal data directly from you - you provide it to us, for example, when registering a customer account in the Alba1913 online store, purchasing goods, paying for an order, placing an order, etc. In some situations, we may obtain personal data from third parties - this situation occurs, for example, when the client purchases a gift card for a third party.

Purpose of processing: Registration of a customer account in the Alba1913 online store
Data scope: E-mail address, user password, first name, last name, street, house number or apartment number, country, phone number, shipping details (if different from the provided address). In the case when the customer account is created by a business entity, the following data is required: company name, tax identification number, street, house number or apartment number, country, phone number, shipping details (if different from the provided address), first and last name of the contracting party representative.

If the name and surname of the person placing the order on behalf of the Contractor are provided, this data is also processed.
Legal basis: Processing your personal data is necessary for the performance of a sales contract or the provision of services on your behalf. Additionally, we believe that we have a legitimate interest in carrying out necessary verifications in order to detect and prevent fraud during purchases by customers. In our opinion, processing this data is positive for all parties involved in the payment process for purchases, as it allows for appropriate measures to be taken to protect against attempted abuse by third parties. The legal basis for processing personal data is Article 6(1)(b) and (f) of the GDPR.
Retention period for personal data: We will process your personal data for the time necessary to manage the purchase of products or services acquired by you, including any returns, complaints or claims related to a specific product or service. Data will be processed at the latest until the expiry of claims arising from the concluded sales contract or provision of services.
Purpose of processing: Remote purchase of goods or ordering services (including special orders), request for a quote
Data scope: First name, last name, street, house number or apartment number, country, phone, shipping data (if different from the given address). We may also process your email address or phone number. In the case of a contract being concluded by a business, the following data is processed: company name, tax identification number, street, house number or apartment number, country, phone, shipping data (if different from the given address). If the name and surname of the person placing the order on behalf of the Contractor are provided, this data is also processed.
Legal basis: Processing customer data is necessary for the performance of a sales contract or the provision of services on your behalf. Scope of data: For this purpose, we process only personal data that is absolutely necessary for managing requests and inquiries, such as name, surname, address, email address, and telephone number.
Legal basis: We believe that we have a legitimate interest in handling requests and inquiries made by our Customers. Processing personal data for this purpose is beneficial for Customers as it allows us to provide adequate support and answer their questions. When a Customer contacts us, especially to manage events related to an order or a product or service purchased through the online store Alba1913, processing their data is necessary to perform a sales contract or a contract for services. If a Customer's inquiry concerns their rights or a complaint about our products or services, we are authorized to process their personal data by the necessity of fulfilling our legal obligations. The legal basis for processing personal data is Art. 6(1)(c) and (f) of the GDPR.
Retention period of personal data: We will process the Customer's data for as long as necessary to handle their request or inquiry, but no longer than 3 months.
Purpose of processing: Marketing
The data is processed mainly to send newsletters about our products or services. Please note that you can unsubscribe from receiving the newsletter at any time, free of charge, by following the instructions contained in each correspondence sent by us. In addition, personal data is processed by us for promotional purposes (for example, to conduct contests).
Scope of data: email address, name, location of last login, activity (clicking on newsletter links)
Legal basis: The legal basis for processing your data for marketing purposes is the consent given by you to process data for this purpose. The legal basis for processing data is Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.
Retention period: We will process your personal data until you withdraw your consent to receive marketing communications (i.e. newsletters) via email.
Purpose of processing: IT support
Your personal data is processed mainly to provide proper IT support for the sale agreements or service agreements (including through the online store Alba1913), as well as to ensure the proper functioning of the Alba1913 website, newsletter delivery, etc.

Data scope: For this purpose, we may process some of the personal data provided by you, such as: name, surname, company name, address of residence, tax identification number, statistical identification number, personal identification number, data of an accounting, financial, or bookkeeping nature, or data concerning the claimed receivable (data concerning the use of our services, if claims arise from the way in which you use our services, other data necessary to prove the existence of the claim, including the size of the damage suffered).
Legal basis: Our legitimate interest (Art. 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR), consisting of establishing, investigating, and enforcing claims and defending against claims in proceedings before courts and other state authorities. In addition, we process data on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (c) of the GDPR in connection with Art. 74 (2) of the Accounting Act (i.e., due to the need to fulfill obligations arising from legal provisions, e.g. accounting, bookkeeping, tax obligations).
Personal data retention period: Data is processed for the limitation period for claims resulting from the Civil Code. We process all data necessary for accounting and tax purposes for 5 years from the end of the calendar year in which the tax obligation arose. After the expiration of the above-mentioned periods, data is deleted or anonymized.
- To whom are my personal data transferred?
The Personal Data Administrator, with the utmost care, ensures the confidentiality of your personal data. Due to the need to fulfill contractual obligations and ensure the proper functioning of the Alba1913 online store, personal data is transferred to the persons indicated below.
Service providers, including IT
We transfer your personal data to service providers that we use to operate the Alba1913 online store. - Is it my obligation to provide data?
Providing some personal data is necessary to purchase our products or use the services offered by us. Providing other data is voluntary and is not necessary to conclude and perform the contract. The required information is marked as mandatory on the Alba1913 website or indicated as such by our employee. Failure to provide this data results in the inability to sell the goods to you or provide the services specified by us. The customer's provision of personal data of third parties means that the customer has informed the third party about the purposes and methods of their processing.

The Administrator, in connection with the processing of your personal data, ensures the exercise of your rights related to the processing of personal data described below. You can exercise your rights by submitting a request for the data specified in point 1.
Right to withdraw consent
You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes (i.e., in connection with the newsletter), if you have given it. The withdrawal of consent has an effect from the moment of its withdrawal. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the processing carried out by us in accordance with the law before its withdrawal. The withdrawal of consent does not entail any negative consequences for you. However, it will prevent us from sending the newsletter any longer.
Right to object to the use of data
You have the right to object at any time to the use of your personal data if we process your data based on our legitimate interest, e.g., in connection with conducting statistics on the use of individual functionalities of the online store Alba1913 and facilitating the use of the store. If your objection is justified and we do not have another legal basis for processing your personal data, we will delete your data for which you have objected to the use of.

You have the right to request the limitation of the processing of your personal data. If you make such a request, we will prevent you from using certain functionalities or services that involve the processing of the data subject to the request until we have considered your request. You have the right to request the limitation of the use of your personal data in the following cases:
- when you question the accuracy of your personal data - then we will limit their use for the time necessary for us to verify the accuracy of your data, but no longer than 7 days,
- when the processing of your data is unlawful and instead of deleting the data, you request the limitation of their use,
- when your personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which we collected or used it, but you need it to establish, investigate, or defend legal claims,
- when you have objected to the use of your data - then the limitation occurs for the time necessary to consider whether - due to your particular situation - the protection of your interests, rights, and freedoms outweighs the interests we pursue by processing your personal data.
Right of access to data
You have the right to obtain from us confirmation whether we process your personal data, and if so, you have the right to:
- access your personal data,
- receive information about the purposes of the processing, categories of personal data processed, recipients or categories of recipients of this data, the planned period of storage of your data or criteria for determining this period, your rights under the GDPR, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, the source of this data, automated decision-making, including profiling, and the safeguards used in connection with the transfer of this data outside the European Union,

Right to rectification of data
You have the right to rectify and supplement the personal data you provided. You can do this yourself in the Settings (Privacy) tab. Regarding other personal data, you have the right to request that we correct this data (if it is incorrect) and supplement it (if it is incomplete).

You also have the right to request that we transfer your personal data directly to such another data controller, if this is technically possible.
- When do we fulfill your request?
If, in exercising the aforementioned rights, you submit a request to us, we will either fulfill that request or deny it promptly, but no later than within a month of its receipt. However, if, due to the complex nature of the request or the number of requests, we are unable to fulfill your request within a month, we will fulfill it within the next two months, informing you in advance of the intended extension of the deadline.
