Refund Policy

  1. Complaints and or Returns related to the ordered Goods or associated with the execution of the Sales Agreement can be directed to the Seller's registered office address.

  2. The Seller is obligated to respond to the Customer's complaint regarding the Goods or a complaint related to the execution of the Sales Agreement within 14 days.

  3. A complaint may concern the use of free-of-charge services provided electronically. In this case, the complaint can be submitted electronically to the address kontakt@alba1913.pl.

  4. The content of the Customer's complaint should include a precise description of the issue.

  5. The Seller is required to review the complaint within 14 days and provide the Customer with a comprehensive response to their inquiry.
